Guarantee

We strive for your total satisfaction with our quality, workmanship and comfort. We want you to be thrilled with your shoes and we'll bend over backwards to ensure that you are.

Payment Terms

We require payment in full for all custom orders prior to construction. Given the highly personalized nature of our products, we are unable to extend terms. We will happily accept your credit card, check, money order or, of course, cash.

Shipping Information

We ship by Fed-Ex or the US Postal Service, depending on address. We insure all packages - consequently, a signature is required upon delivery. If your order requires special handling, please notify us in advance. We'll make every effort to accomodate you.

International Orders

We love international orders. We'll be happy to arrange for a shipping quote upon request. Unfortunately, circumstances beyond our control force us to impose the following restrictions:

We cannot ship to Italy due to trade restrictions on footwear.
We cannot claim international shipments as "gifts" on customs forms.
